The Perfect Carry-All Bag converts with two snaps from a small clutch perfect for your wallet, make up, and a cell phone (which conveniently fits in the small inner side pocket) to a full-size tote - more than 12" deep.

The open tote 13.5" x 15" converts to a closed clutch 13.5" x 9.5" with snaps. Reminiscent of a vintage style, the handles are heavy plastic with a tortoise shell design. The PCA Bag is fully lined with waterproof nylon, a 5" x 5" lined inner pocket, and comes with a 36" shoulder strap. The vintage plastic exterior is either a shower curtain or table cloth, I'm not sure which.
