can i stop by your store?
Of course. Artez'n is located at 444 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. We are open 6 days from 11am to 7pm, we are closed on Tuesdays. Please stop by, say hi, and check out the additional items and our gallery, that haven't made it to our website.

what is your policy regarding returns and exchanges?
We will be happy to exchange any item and/or your returns for store credit or refund within 30 days. Please contact us with your order number for instructions on how to process a return or exchange.

how can i get my artwork into artez'n?
We are currently only accepting New York artists on a consignment basis. As long as you have lived in NY at some point, that'll work for us. For an application, please go to the about us section.

do you offer gift wrapping?
Sure. We'll be happy to wrap your gifts for you. We charge $3 a package, just make the selection when you are checking out.

do you have gift certificates?
Yes, we have gift certificates. At this time, we only have them in the store, but feel free to call us and we'll hook you up.

do you offer quantity discounts?
Our products make great party favors, corporate and bridal party gifts. Please contact us for quantity discounts at info@artezn.com

do you wholesale your products?
We do represent many of our artists for wholesale, and many of our products are available to resellers. Please contact us at info@artezn.com for more information on wholesale pricing.

can i cancel an order?
If your order has not already been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we can easily cancel it. To do so, please contact us immediately at 718-596-2649 or email us at orders@artezn.com. Please do not forget to include your confirmation number in any correspondence. If your order has already been sent out for delivery we will be unable to cancel it. (see returns/exchanges)

how do i remove myself from your mailing list?
All you have to do is click on the unsubscribe link on the bottom of the email and remove your name.

will you share my information?
We will not sell, trade, or rent any personal customer information. We may release account information when such release is necessary to comply with the law or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Artez'n, the users of our site, or others.
