what credit cards do you accept?
On our website we use paypal, so we accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and any other forms of payment you choose to use through their site.
In the store we accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover plus debit cards.
We only accept checks for classes and graphic design services.
was my discount code applied?
If you are eligible for a discount on your order by providing a promotion code or gift certificate during the order process and it doesn't show up, check the spelling. if it stll doesn't work, please contact us.
is it safe to use my credit card online?
We use paypal to insure the safety and protection for your personal information.
what happens after i place an order?
When your order is placed on the website, you will see an "order confirmation" page where you will be asked to revue all the details of your order, such as product ordered, final price, payment option, your email address and the shipping address. If all of this information is correct then your payment will be approved over a secure line. once your payment has been approved you will see a page that will have an online order confirmation number on it. this is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. your order is then sent over a secure connection to artez'n. you will receive an email confirmation and "thank you" once your order has been downloaded and received. if there are any problems with your order, one of our customer service associates will contact you by phone or email.
what if i do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?
You should receive a confirmation message via e-mail upon completion your order. if you do not receive this email, there might be a delay on the web due to traffic. if this happens, please feel free to contact us at 718-596-2649 (during business hours) to ensure that your order is being processed.
