To provide you with the most reasonable shipping rates, your shipping and handling charges are based on weight and is calculated during checkout.

how are packages shipped?
We primarily ship domestic orders using UPS ground services. We ship international packages with USPS.

can i expedite my shipping?
Yes, we will be happy to upgrade your shipping to overnite or FEDEX priority. Just contact us directly by calling or email us at orders@artezn.com for expedited shipping rates after you have placed your order. Be sure to have your confirmation number.

how long does it take to receive my order?
In stock items should be received within 5 -7 business days from placing your order, depending on your location. We do our best to ship within a day or two of your order. Once your order leaves our store, it should reach it's destination within 2-5 business days, though sometimes (especially around the holidays) it can take over a week. International packages may take a bit longer. We will contact you if, for any reason, it will to take longer to process your order.

can i change the delivery address?
We will be glad to change the recipient's address so long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. To request a change to your order's delivery address, please call us or email the new address information to us along with the confirmation number to orders@artezn.com. If it is too late we will let you know.

do you ship worldwide?
We ship to every country that can get global priority mail. Please contact us for international shipping after you have placed your order. International shipping and handling fees are calculated according to weight and destination. please be aware, international orders can take a couple weeks to get where they're going. We are hoping to integrate international shipping into the system soon.
